Shropshire Made 12 inch Black Iron Griddle and Baking Plate Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish and easy to clean. Heavy duty ¼ inch (6mm) thick black iron plate. Durable 99.1% pure iron with sturdy brass rivets Suitable for high temperatures, resists warping and buckling. Perfect for use in the oven and on all hobs including: ranges, electric, gas, halogen, induction and charcoal or wood fired open flames. Dimensions: Weight 3.8 kg, 16 inches x 12 inches (diameter) x 1 1/4 inch. 40 cm x 30.9 cm (dia) x 3.5 cm Why choose a pre- seasoned black iron griddle and baking plate ? No chemicals or PTFE are used in the coating of the griddle and baking plate. The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash & naturally non-stick. It is ready for immediate use. Coating can be simply restored at home, time after time. Iron griddle and baking plates are tough and can be used at very high temperatures. Iron is a pure, simple metal which is easy to look after & very recyclable.

Get Free Delivery to most UK destinations on orders over £50 using promotional codes. 

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.95 Standard (48hr ROYAL MAIL) Unless a specific express or courier service is selected at checkout. 

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can. 

Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.

What customers are required to do?

Please drop us an email at info@bramblescookshop.com to request a refund and let us know the reason you wish to return an item. If you wish to exchange the item for something else we can sort this no problem at all just let us know in the email. However, we can also offer a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us info@bramblescookshop.com and return the items as soon as you can to the following postal address:

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund. 

When customers can expect their refund?

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed onto original payment method.
