About this Product.
Using a built-in HEPA13 filter, this air purifier is able to remove up to 99.97% of fine particles trapped in the air, eliminating allergens and bacteria to create healthy airflow around your home. Its powerful air purification technology can cleanse air in large rooms up to 50m2, capturing dust and pet hair with a pre-filter to improve your allergies all year round. It features an anti-bacteria filter to trap harmful particles, in addition to a UV light to kill bacteria and germs. Its carbon filter helps cleanse unpleasant odours to refresh your room's scent. Select from sleep, high or automatic air purification modes for effective cleansing based on your air quality, indicated by 3 LED lights which display the current amount of air pollution in the room. An 8-hour timer can be set to automatically shut down the device at a specified time to save energy.

For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of orders placed before 3pm. During particularly busy periods delivery times maybe extended but you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order. Returns are simply part of a shopping experience so we aim to make it as straight forward and easy as we can.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns / exchanges and refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means your item needs to be returned within 14 days to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order has been received damaged, faulty or not as description states, we will ask that you send us an email with a photo of the items. We will then arrange with you to have the item returned, replaced or refunded. For damaged items that can not be exchanged or replaced we will offer a full refund back to the original payment method. This is part of the Brambles Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – please email us at info@bramblescookshop.com and we will sort out any issues within 2-3 working days.
What customers are required to do?
Please drop us an email at info@bramblescookshop.com to request a refund and let us know the reason you wish to return an item. If you wish to exchange the item for something else we can sort this no problem at all just let us know in the email. However, we can also offer a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, so please make sure you email us info@bramblescookshop.com and return the items as soon as you can to the following postal address:

The postage cost for a return (unless item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. However, we will refund the original postage charge cost with your refund.
